NT Super 1 (Single Hole), NT Super 8 (Coreless, Multi Channel)

NT Super 1 and NT Super 8 are developed by our own tube drawing technology, using dies and plugs controlled to the micrometers. Our electrode tube would surely maximize the capability of your EDM Drill machine with its dimensional accuracy and straightness. Multi-Channel electrode tube "NT Super 8" has special section shape, leaves no core and reducts machining time when deep hole drilling.

Our "Step Electrode Tube" has guide tube for chuck, and makes easy to replace electrode tubes. Available Sizes : OD 0.08-0.3mm (Special sizes are also acceptable.)

Tungsten Rod for EDM drill

Tungsten is a hard and elastic material, and suitable for microscopic EDM drilling. Available Sizes : OD 0.05mm-
